Return & Refund Policy

At Trend Pick Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms below:

✅  Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are only applicable for items returned within 2 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
• Items must include all accessories and components provided at the time of delivery.
• Trend Pick Hub reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.

🚚  Return & Shipping Costs

• We offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE.
• In case of a return, a return shipping fee of AED 30 will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Return shipping is free only if the item received was faulty or incorrect.

🔁  Refund Process

• Contact us at trendpickhub33@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and genuine reason for return with proofs ( pictures & videos )
• We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, minus the return shipping fee if applicable.

❌  Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind = Straight Rejection
• Requests made after 2 days from delivery date.
• Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete.
• Items returned due to installation issues (e.g. product not compatible with fabric dashboards).
• Final sale or discounted items.
